On March 3, 2024, Mr. Voratsamy Sulipaphanh, President of the Lao Bar Association, and the Executive Committee welcomed Mr. Do Ngoc Thing, President of the Vietnam Bar Federation, and the Executive Committee, have come to the Lao Bar Association to attend the meeting on reviewing and sharing lessons learned in the Memorandum of Understanding implementation.

On this occasion, Mr. Voratsamy Sulipaphanh briefed on the implementation of the memorandum of understanding between the Lao Bar Association and the Vietnam Bar Federation dated March 17, 2023, as well as the conditions of the implementation of the conveniences and difficulties in the Lao Bar Association's work. Then, Mr. Do Ngoc Thing, President of the Vietnam Bar Federation, expressed his gratitude for the memorandum's implementation, which resulted in close cooperation and a friendly relationship between the Lao Bar Association and the Vietnam Bar Federation, as well as reporting the Vietnam Bar Federation's previous implementation, and learning lessons and exchanging opinions about lawyers' work.
