On June 11, 2024, the Lao Bar Association held a meeting to listen to and approve the program and action plan on promoting gender roles within the Lao Bar Association presented by experts.

Ms.Lamngeun KHATSAVANG, Vice President of the Lao Bar Association, on behalf of the Executive Committee, participated in a discussion meeting to prepare for the closing of the project to promote access to law and justice for the people in the Lao PDR and to prepare a new memorandum of understanding for the second phase of the project.

On June 4, 2024, the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Lao Bar Council welcomed Mr. Andrew Solomon, an expert on creating a state governed by the law of the United States of America International Development Agency Headquarters, and a delegation from the USAID agency in the Lao PDR.
